Talk and Taste is a series of fun and informative sessions hosted by some of our finest local producers, bringing along their products and favourite recipes for an exclusive limited ticket event. These sessions are an opportunity for drink and food lovers to meet producers, learn about their products straight from the source, ask questions and sample their offerings.

Founded by Mark Watkins in 2001, Mt. Uncle is Far North Queensland’s first and only distillery, focused on taking local Australian produce and turning it into high quality spirits including their Botanic Australis range of gins, Iridium Gold rum and TBBC Whiskey. Mark began illicitly “distilling” while in boarding school and has certainly perfected it since then being awarded Australian Distillery of the year 2016 & 17.

Limited tickets are available for 6pm and 8pm sessions and will sell out quickly. Tickets include beverages and canapes as listed below.
