When an Australian named Scott met a Scot called Chris and realised they shared a passion for all things craft around beers and spirits, ideas for a small artisan distillery were born. Kilderkin Distillery was launched in Ballarat in 2016, with the installation of two fine Knapp Lewer stills from Peter Bailey in Hobart. In March 2017 they released Larrikin Gin, now boasting a core range of of four top-tier gins, ranging from well-balanced and smooth to dry and aromatic. The Original Larrikin offers an Aussie twist to a contemporary gin, infused with Australian botanicals, lemon and hints of spice.

Get to know the product and the craftsmanship first-hand throughout a fun and interactive session of sampling and tasting. The beverage menu is matched with mini bites from the Pilgrim kitchen, carefully developed by Head Chef Mike Richards who uses only locally and ethically sourced produce.
